The first time I used Nectar For The Gods was also the first time I tried to grow 100% organically. I always hear that organically grown plants are much higher quality, having better flavors, medicinal properties, and resins. Honestly, I always thought organics was more of a religion than science. But, after hearing that Nectar For The Gods was producing some AMAZING results from a trusted YouTube grower.. I decided to check it out.
The first thing I had to adapt to was the amount of bottles. The basic line is 4, middle way is 7, and the full gambit is 14. I stuck with the middle path adding the now much loved Bloom Khaos. Before NTFG , I was using the Fox Farm trio with Ca/Mg.
I was never truly happy with the results I was getting from the synthetic fertilizers. None of my buds really looked like the top shelf medicine I wanted to grow. I kept thinking it was something else. Maybe the heat was too high? Maybe the humidity was out of control? Should I invest in CO2? I kept buying products and revamping my setup. The costs really added up and the quality of my harvests improved only slightly. This is what really cased me to try out organics, specifically Nectar For The Gods.
I grew two plants in 7 gal smart pots in coco medium. I followed the feeding chart at 75% strength. The only other product I used was an amazing beneficial microbial product called ReCharge. I also used the Bloom Khaos as directed both foliar and in the feedings (as recommended) .
During Veg growth, I noticed both plants remaining very bushy with a bit more nodes than I usually get from this strain (NL X BigBud). I did my normal low stress training and let them veg for 8 weeks (from feminized. seed)
As soon as the flower set came in I knew something was different. There really was a lot more flower sites!
After adding the Bloom Khaos to the res it only took about a week to see the effect the BK was having on my plants. It is VERY important to feed with Herculean Harvest when you add the BK. The colors during the flush were something I didn't know the strain was capable of producing. I got purples, reds, golds, and yellows by the time it was done. The smell was intoxicating and as you know, Northern Lights is low odor. I cannot imagine what the small would be like with a good diesel strain.
My end result was truly the best quality medicine I ever grown. The smell, appearance, flavor, and potency were on par with what I see in the shops. I will NEVER use another nute line again.
If organics is a religion, call me converted!
It really boils down to quality nutrition! Seeing the results of an organic diet on my plants really made me think about what I put in my own body. I have even changed some of my eating habits solely based on this observation. Nectar For The Gods is for anyone who wants to take their flowers to the next level.
